Dear Karl, I think what you are doing is great.! We have a situation here regarding sexual abuse in the school.. and despite attempts to get them to the school board and authorities aren't doing anything about it. We have even called the safe school hotline but I guess they are so afraid of losing this little school that they have let these incidences slide. I am going to have my children visit this site because I care how they feel about themselves.Hopefully many people will see this site and it will help lots of kids because sometimes the people they should be able to depend on they can't ...  thanks, Mrs. Adams

Have you considered just reporting to the police. In many states it is a violationof law to know about a sexual abuse and NOT report it.
You liked the section on take care of yourself best. What appealed to you.

Thank you for writing so quickly.! I know you must be busy. I will look into the police matter.

As for the take care of yourself book.. I liked all the issues.. especially being a nurse I agree with it.

There are too many unneccesary surgeries done.. too much obesity ( of which I am obese myself and have always struggled with that ) too much smoking etc.. like you put in your book. We need more books like this on down to earth, what's what, with peoples habits and the consequences that we now know will occur especially with our current lifestyles.

I want my kids to read it and not just take peoples words for granted.. this will give them something to think about so that they can research and decide for themselves how they will live with smarter choices in the future.

Thank you so much for my return e-mail.  The reason I chose Moral Drift as my favorite section is because I can really identify with it, not in myself, but how I see others in the world.  I think people these days are not teaching their kids to have morals.  That is one thing that I have continuously taught my child over the past 11 years......be honest, be responsible for your actions, treat other people like you want to be treated, etc. 

In this day and time I have found it particularly difficult to keep my child from being influenced by her peers, but I am still constantly instilling these things in her and will continue to do so indefinitely. 

That is how I was raised and I feel strongly about it.  Actually that is why I have an "ex-husband."  He didn't seem to have any morals, and it was literally driving me crazy. 

I am continually telling my daughter to "Always tell the truth," even if it means it might make someone mad. 

The truth doesn't always please everyone, but the way I see it is that I was not put on this earth to please people.  I think society just doesn't have a conscience any more. 

I've seen people do unethical things and just say "Oh, what they don't know won't hurt them," and I just cringe.  No, it may not hurt the person you are being dishonest with, but I just don't see how people can constantly do dishonest things and have absolutely no guilt about it.  The world has definitely changed for the worse.

You say the world has changed for the worse.  I agree.

You can help.

But, more particularly you can help your daughter.  When the books arrive, share them with her.  Watch closely to see if she is just being polite about the codes, or whether she really agrees with them.

Then, buy a few more of these books (the store is in the package coming to you) and get her to give them to HER friends.

That is the magic of this book.  When you give it to others who are important to you, YOUR life will become more calm, and you will be happier.

If some of her friends get angry about the book?  Well, they would be good candidates for increasing the distance between herself and that person.

It will be hard for her to be moral when her friends are not.

This book can help her live in a more moral group of friends.

i really need help,  i had sex with a girl in a party by mistake, she got prignant. i am a college student i don't have money at all, the same with the pregnant girl. we can not pay for getting red of the baby. it's hes 2nd week in her body. so what i ask, if there r any orginaizations that can support us, by giving as money to go to a doctor to get red of the baby and the problem. i can't ask my parents because if they will know they gonna kill me.

Dear Tamer,
The moral thing to do is to tell your parents, and for both of you to tell her parents.  That is the moral thing to do.  Whatever you do must be a decision by both you and her, but the parents of both of you have a right to know, particularly if you are in a position where only their money can help, or where their money is supporting you in college.
I think it would be immoral for any "organization" to give you money for her to have an abortion without both parents knowing about it.
You have made the decision to have sex and must now accept the consequences.

Thanks for the comment on the sex section.
The moral code does NOT criticize homosexuality -- it does criticize promiscuous sex, whether straight or not.  The same would be true about "anxiety."  To be anxious about sex would not be seen as a moral problem as long as you are faithful to a sexual partner, not promisuous.
Not to say that these other matters may not bother someone, but the point here is that they are NOT issues of morality in this book.  This is not a "gay book" either.  It is just that sexual promiscuity is often practiced by homosexuals, and the promiscuity would be the immoral activity, not the homosexuality.  Honest gays should welcome this moral code, and straights ought not to object.
Thanks for asking for your two free copies of the book.  I call it a "common sense moral code."  It is a non-religious moral code -- and should find acceptance within any religion or even among those who don't belong to any religious group.  I think you'll find that it is just common sense.  But, our society doesn't have a moral code that can appeal to everyone -- this is it.
A copy of this message goes to Kimberly -- she works in my office and she will send out the books right away.  I am delighted at the large response I've had for this book, just in the last few days.  You will be getting this eMail response very promptly, and the books should be sent out just a day or two later.

I really think we need a site like this in this day and age and age to "wake up" America and bring people back to the morals and standards that they USED to hold back in the 1950's and early 1960's.  As to the Catholic Church, nowadays, you will find young girls going up for Holy Communion in jeans and a halter top, which you would have NEVER seen back in the 1950's!!  All women were REQUIRED to wear either hats or veils back then!  Also, the Mass is just more or less "come as you ARE", and people just wear shorts, blue jeans, etc. to church.  I just CANT'T believe it!
     The only ones who hold up to their creed that I know of are the people in the Orthodox Church and the United Pentecostal Church.  They say that God never changes, and nneither will THEY!  I will still remain Catholic, but I don't "come as you are" when I go to Mass.

Heart disease in America, and I'm sure in Italy, is mostly blamed on "high cholesterol."
That is a lie. The cholesterol lowering drugs are a massive fraud.
How can I say that when thousands of "real experts, doctors" say otherwise.
I challenge you to read the following study, with care, and find any flaw in it.  My study shows that high cholesterol is NOT a risk factor for heart disease.

Enjoy reading all your information that you offer about the sad state of affairs. I am a very involved father of an 11 year old boy who is told by words and more importantly by actions that he is loved and cared for as a very special unique child.

I am in the United States Navy. I see allot of kids coming in these days, that have no fear or respect. I am not sure where we are failing as parents but I know somewhere we all need to take a hard look at ourselves.

I try to teach my children right from wrong, but at the same time allow them to make their own mistakes.

I think we make allot of rules for the right reasons, but then for some reason they get blown way out of proportion.

I am very delighted that there's a web site dedicated to morals on the Intenet... I was specifically searching for a site like this, only to find web sites owned by various groups preaching immorality (swinger clubs, pornography sites, etc.) or web sites owned by groups preaching anti-American hatered.

I am deeply concerned with morality of the American society. I am troubled by declining marriage rates and rising divorce rates - virtual degradation of the traditional family institution. I am also very concerned with overwhelming drug abuse and excessive sexual freedoms in the society.

I beleive the lack of morals makes the society weaker against external threats. Not only against militants, but also against economic threats, with most of the factory production transferred over seas.

With the new wave of corporate scandals, American economy seems to be doomed, unless speedy measures are taken to prevent the economy from falling.

That is why I believe it is very important for people like yourself to speak up against degradation in the society. Keep it up.

Even though I am not a religious person, I do agree with your view. You are certainly correct about "moral drift" and a 'common-sense-point-of-view'. We also have 'moral drift' over here in the UK/europe as. Crimes of the most horrific kind that were once very rare, now happen almost every day.

Our society is being dragged down by drug addiction, sexual perversions (both "actually" promoted by official government

policy) violent crime, greed, corruption and dishonesty in high places.

    I love this site. Several weeks ago my husband was very ill and spent 5 days in the hospital on 6 different IV antibiotics!! They diagnosed him with "diverticulitis". You know, one of those, "We don't know how people get it, and we're not sure how to cure it, but we have a fancy name for it, and we'll try all these expensive drugs first, and if he doesn't get better then we'll try surgery, .........


    To make a long story short, I started searching the web for a better diet, since this was an intestinal problem. (That was the only thing I was sure of.) I ended up on Augenou's (sorry about the spelling) web site, which led me to your web site.


What a blessing! Slowly but surely we are changing our eating habits and I have noticed a gradual improvement in all aspects of our lives.


Your knowledge, experience, insight, and intuition are such an inspiration to me! What a delight to find someone who truly sees through all the lies that have been fed to us over the years. And to put all that information on the web for all to see!

Thank you for this great article! I have held the same moral principals as you have for years.  It is like an oasis in the desert when one runs into a like spirit.  What a shame that they are so few and far between.  I've counted on the internet to give us a greater and truer communication source.  I think it's working.  Maybe slowly but I've heard things even on TV in the last year or so that are encouraging.

It seems the American people have tried to separate morality out of their lives.  It's not possible.  Your morality, principals, truthfulness, actions, thoughts, deeds, etc. make up the person you are....you cannot judge someone on just one of these charactaristics!  Bill Clinton is a perfect example.  How anyone can praise this person is more than I can understand.  He is a liar.  Enough said.

The elitists that you have mentioned in your article have all the money they could ever need and now they strive for "power".  Look at how these powerful elitist have brainwashed the so-called environmentalists.  They are in Africa now as we speak holding one of the "summits" invented by the evil mind of none other than Maurice Strong.  It has been my goal for years to try to make him a "household" name but so far I haven't succeeded.  I do talk about him and the "masters of the universe" he runs with to any of my friends that will listen.

I commend you for your efforts in bringing to light the problems we have in this country (and the world as well) with greed and corruption.  Anyone who is alive and is taking in oxygen certainly has been exposed to this problem over and over.

Now, please allow me to return to the reason why I am writing to you.

I know from reading your "Wednesday Letters" over the past
year that you are very desirous of spreading the truth with regards to medical malpractice and the "duping" of the
American public concerning health issues.  You are to be commended for these efforts.  You are like a light shining in the wilderness! 

Immoral behavior is not new to the 21st Century.  It has been with us since the fall of man in the Garden of Eden.  Yes,
this really happened in history.  I know a lot of people
think that this is a religious fairy tale spread to keep
people until the control of the church (whatever the word
"Church" means to you and others).

The original meaning of the word "church" (Greek Word ---
"ekklesia") means a "calling out".  Those who have received Jesus Christ as their own personal Lord and Savior have been baptized by the Holy Spirit.  In other words, they have the "indwelling Holy Spirit" in their hearts.  They have been born from above and their sins have been forgiven by the shed blood of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. 

Unfortunately, millions upon millions of people in this
world think they are Christians because they belong to a denomination and go into a church building.  They also have a mistaken idea that if an organized church baptizes them in water that they are "saved".  Years ago someone gave me a good analogy of what happens in many people's lives:  Here is that example: 

"Just because you go into a garage it does not make you an automobile.  The same applies for church buildings.  Going into a church building or even receiving their version of sacraments does not make you a true christian!"

Over 25 years ago I received Christ as my own personal Lord
and Savior.  Later I was baptized with water but that act
was only done in obedience to Christ and to publicly identify with his burial and ressurection.  When I received the Holy Spirit my sins were forgiven as far as the east is from the west!  As the bible says:  They were buried with Christ!

Now, getting back to the problem of immorality.  All of us
have a sin nature that we inheirited from Adam.  The big difference is that when I received Christ my sins including past, present and future were forgiven by His shed blood. Yes, I belong to a local body of believers and we meet in a building to worship the Lord but the simple fact that I am on the membership role does not make me any better than anyone else.  I am just a sinner saved by grace.  I still have the old sin nature but as I yield myself each day to
the Lord He is gradually changing me to conform with Him.  
This is a process that will go on until I meet him in eternity.

Karl, I have a great deal of respect for you.  I know that
you are deeply involved in the Church of Scientology and
that you believe in the teachings of L. Ron Hubbard.  I know that Mr. Hubbard died several years ago and I hope that
before he died that he made peace with Jesus Christ.  Christ's own words are this:  "No man came come to the Father (God) except through Me."

I am not very hopeful that this world will get better.  The bible tells us that in the end times men will become lovers of themselves and that immorality will increase.  I do not believe that any man knows when the end will come.  The bible says that only our Father God knows the exact time and He has not even revealed this to His Son -- The Lord Jesus Christ.  You can read about this in the Book Of Revelation. (Rev. 3:3) We can, however, be aware of the signs of Christ's return based on the
prophesy that has already been fulfilled.   One of the major
prophesies relates to the Nation Israel and the return of
Jews from all over the world in the last 50 + years.

The organized church has done a horrible job over the last 2,000 years.  They have distorted the true teachings of the bible.  For example, the Roman Catholic Church used to "sell" what they called "indulgences" in order to be cleared of sin. One would have to travel to Rome and bring lots of money to be forgiven of their sins.  This is no longer practiced, however, the Roman Catholics still require their followers to go to a priest for forgiveness of sin.  A CLEAR VIOLATION OF GOD'S TEACHINGS IN HIS SCRIPTURE.  Since you are student of history you probably know that Martin Luther rebelled against the Roman Catholic Church and pointed out that scripture clearly taught that your are saved by grace  -- it is a gift from God.  -- Ephesians 2:8 & 9 and Romans 6:23.

Again I return to the subject of morality.  As long we have breath we need to speak against morality in our society. 
The founders of our country for the most part tried to
construct a constitution that reflected the principles found
in God's Word.  No, they were not perfect men but it is the best that man has ever done to attempt to live by God's principles.  Our country's legal establishment has tried for many years to pull away from the constitution's principles and this slide has been one of the biggest reasons for our moral decline.

I am sure that you have read the bible many times.  Any one with your intelligence could not avoid this book.  Have you ever asked God to reveal His Son Jesus Christ to you as you read in all sincerity?  The best place to start is the Gospel of John not the Book of Genesis.  I will be praying that you will take up this challenge!  God WILL HONOR YOU SINCERE INQUIRIES!

Over 25 years ago I was invited to a businessman's bible
study in a high rise building in downtown Seattle.  At the
time I was a manager of a computer company and one of my clients (who was a sincere Christian man) invited me to come. I came because I wanted him to buy more computers from us! Little did I know that the speaker at this bible study was a gentleman by the name of Josh McDowell.  Josh spoke about a book he had just published called "Evidence That Demands A Verdict".  After the meeting I bought a copy of the book at a local bookstore and its message convicted me that I could no longer ignore the claims of Jesus Christ from an intellectual or spiritual point of view.

Recently, Mr. McDowell published a new book called "The
New Evidence That Demand A Verdict".  I would strongly
suggest that you buy this book (ISBN # 0-7852-4219-8.  It
is published by Thomas Nelson Publishers. I wish I could
afford to purchase it for you!

Thanks for putting up with this long letter.  I have nothing
to gain by doing this.  I can only pray that the Holy Spirit will take the humble attempt to convict you of your need.

ant's house, where the news stations film the group singing, "We shall overcome." Jesse then has the group kneel down to pray to God for the grasshopper's sake.

Al Gore exclaims in an interview with Peter Jennings
that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and calls for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his "fair share."

Finally, the EEOC drafts the "Economic Equity and Anti-Grasshopper Act, retroactive to the beginning of the summer. The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the government.

Hillary gets her old law firm to represent the
grasshopper in a defamation suit against the ant, and the case is tried before a panel of Federal judges that Bill had appointed from a list of single parent welfare recipients. The ant loses the case.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing
up the last bits of the ant's food while the government house he is in, which just happens to be the ant's old house, crumbles around him because he doesn't maintain it. The ant has disappeared in the snow.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug-related
incident and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the once peaceful neighborhood.

Many moral codes are based on some religion, and then are not acceptable to people from a different faith. THe books I'm sending are non-religious -- I think every religion could find it very acceptable.
The book includes a moral code about religion -- you'll see.
Islam?  I differentiate between the religion and the actions of some Muslims.  I respect the religious beliefs of everyone, inlcuding Muslims -- I do not respect actions which are in violation of the moral code I'm sending to you.
Thanks for asking for your two free copies of the book.  I call it a "common sense moral code."  It is a non-religious moral code -- and should find acceptance within any religion or even among those who don't belong to any religious group.  I think you'll find that it is just common sense.  But, our society doesn't have a moral code that can appeal to everyone -- this is it.

I noted what you wrote about No Meat on Fridays for Catholics some decades ago but which is now not a forced "rule" anymore.  I need to bring to your attention that in most dioceses of the Catholic world, abstaining from meat on Fridays is still the "rule" like for example in Auckland, NZ and Malaysia where my siblings and parents still reside and very many other parts of the Catholic world.  After all, the current Pope, John Paul II asked for it to be observed in 1984.  But, alas, in our day and age, very few people obey their parents just as very few Catholics obey the Holy Father, the Pope.  Most Catholics do what they well liked thinking that Universal Salvation applies regardless of what they do.  Just as the average father finds it difficult to disown his own child if the latter disobeys, so also in today's context, the Church finds it very difficult to "disown" (excommunicate) its own children when the latter disobeys.  Like the story of the Prodigal Son, the Church can only pray and wait and hope that the lost children will one day return when they remember the blessings they enjoyed in their "father's" house compared to the mire they found themselves in.

Everyone in the Catholic Church we go to here in Auckland, NZ still observes the "no meat on Fridays" rule just as all my siblings and my parents back in Malaysia and Singapore still observe that same rule.

That book has ideas in it that can make you happier.
That is its purpose.
So, let's work on that?
Maybe I didn't write to you, and wrote to someone else, thinking I said these things to you??
Sex activity is the activity of CREATION.
One purpose is to create children.
The other purpose is to create pleasant sensations in yourself and your partner.
I thought I suggested?  But, the desire for sex sensation is often just a desire for the sensation of creation =-=- and that can be satisfied in different ways than sex.
Any time you do something with your husband, such as work on the garden TOGETHER, you are creating something with him.
Tell me if I suggested this type of thing?
I've got lots more examples of this.
But, you can look for ways that the both of you can create something -- it doesn't have to be sex sensation -- just any type of thing, project, whatever, where you and he both recognize that you are jointly creating something.
I would call this a "higher" level of creation than creating sex sensation.  I suggest that you can get a great deal of happiness out of some "higher level" of mutual creation.

Dear Karl,your web page put words in an order that bring the awarness of how life can and should be to light.  With the fast pace of city life, teenagers growning into adults and faulty partnership between married couples, the "moral" life style is swept aside.  I broke free from a very immoral man with the strength that doing so was for the best.  Not only for myself and the kids but also for him.  While I was strong, I began to notice other areas in my life "threatening" me.  Invading me with the mis-behavoir patterns of my employer, close friends and then, one day, a complete stranger.  That's what got me....an auto accident because a young girl was given a car to drive, with a CD player with top-notch speakers and a cell phone so she could "chat on down the road".  She was give these tools by her parents.  And here I am a year later, having exteme pain whenever I try to take care of my home or do my normal activties.  I've done the pain pills, Physical Therapy, relaxation, good diet, trigger-point injections and now elavil was perscribed.  I found your web sit researching the drug BEFORE I took my first dose.  Personnaly, I see that with each step of morality I take, I am given another immoral issue to deal with.  I am learning to reconize the things I can not change and turn them over to GOD and to ask for spiritual guidence if the issue is something I HAVE to act on.  Please notice, I did not say "react to".  I would like to read more of your writtings, as I am being inspired and strengthened by the words and the thoughts provoked by their meaning.  Thank you for offering the books and I will pass the gift along to others.  I wish you the best in your journey.  Sincerly,   Therese   =)

Dear Karl,i have a boyfriend i have been with for 16 years. he has a drinking promblem. he dosent do meetings. at times ,sometimes very long periods as 1 year he will stay away from alcohol. but turns to percricrrion medication. just this summer he has been back out drinking on several occasions. he is like dr. jeckel and mr hyde. only worse, so bad that people hide when they know he is using alcohol, he will hit on my friends, start fights , has been in jail for losing his licence twice already and it seems he is on the road to doom , not the road to happy destinty, my thing is i have come to  a crossroads in my life that i have grown away from him, i have tried alanon online, and gather i know what i should do, but cant seem to let go, i am all he has left, what do you think ? thank you cathy

Dear Karl,I think that you are providing something that many people are searching for. My question is this. I have now realised that my husband deliberately manoeuvered me into a situation where he was able to presuade me against my wishes and instincts to do things of a sexual nature that were morally abhorrent to me. I tried to leave him almost two months ago but he threatened my family, to take away my daughter, etc and I came back, he believes that it was of my own free will because I told him so in order to calm him down. I am trying to forgive him and move on with my life as normally as possible but I am consumed with hate and I dwell on what he has done to me. How to I find peace and happiness in this situation? Well, my dear, I'm 71 and I still look at female bodies.  A few years ago my urges were probably stronger than they are now.
Sounds to me like you have worked this out perfectly.
For instance, my wife smokes and I don't.
I "disapprove" of her smoking, but I don't consider it such a bad thing as to damage our marriage.  It would be different if she smoked only in secret -- hiding it from me.
I was pleased to have been able to give you my "advice" yesterday, but I am a bit curious -- are you still worried that you are DOING something wrong?  Did you need my opinion? What value to you was it?
That's where the books coming to you might give you some comfort.
It would be the ACT of sex with a woman which would be a moral wrong. But that doesn't mean the end of the world, anyway -- it only means that you now face the embarassment of telling your husband.  You also realize that he is likely to become less trusting, and you recognize that is damaging to your marriage.
As to how (or even whether) you should get rid of these urges?  That is not easy.
My best advice for that is to find OTHER types of activities you can do with your husband, not just sex, where you are creating something together.
For instance, sex sensation is a mutually created thing.      One person (usually) creates the sensation in another, while receiving a return sensation.  Sex is creation.
Creation, with sex, includes both sensation and children.
So, is there a garden that you both work in together.  It is not the sex sensation, but it is creativity -- ultimately you may learn that there are MANY types of creation, not just sex sensation, and the more of those you can share with your husband the less important will be these urges toward a woman.
How interested are YOU in his work?  Can you show more interest? Can you help him create his job?
What interest does HE have in what you do during the day -- even if it is only cleaning.
Whatever you can share together, and add to each other's creation -- those are the things that build love.
Sex, and sex sensation are important, but there are many other avenues of mutual creation -- find some.

But, yours is a good question and I'll respond.
Now, your question:
I can handle very personal subjects -- so no need to be shy.
Even though you seem to say that being with another woman hasn't happened, yet, I am reading between the lines that it has- - may be wrong, but my answer below will apply either way. 
You mean you enjoy sex with women, (or would), while still married to and loving a man?
You'll find in the moral code coming to you that there is NO prohibition of homosexuality, or lesbianism!
That may surprise you, but this moral code is based on "survival."
What is prohibited is not being faithful to a sexual partner, and also being promiscuous.
So, having a female lover, while married to a man, would be unfaithful.  It is NOT the fact that you enjoy a female lover.
And, getting the man to agree on sharing you with even ONE woman approaches being promiscuous.
I can understand that a woman gives you more pleasure -- I have not necesarilly always been a thoughtful lover of my wife, slow, etc.
I would never use the word "sin" because that is a religious term.  The moral code on its way to you is a non-religious moral code -- based only on what behavior promotes YOUR survival, and the survival of others.
Experience is very clear.  Unfaithfulness causes so many upsets, divorces, fights, etc., and harms ALL concerned that it is very much non-survival.  Promiscuous behavior is the same -- promisuous, by definition, would also involve not being faithful to a single sexual partner.
Notice that the code coming to you does NOT mention marriage -- but only sexual partner.
Couples, whether lesbian or not, who are faithful to oneanother, not married, can further their own survival, in a loving relationship.  Obviously, just now, society frowns on lesbian relationships -- and that, alone, puts you in a position of having secrets from others -- to the detriment of the relationships with others.
There is some detraction on furthering the survival of the race with a lesbian relationship since you can't have children that way, but you can always adopt, or leave that to others on a crowded planet.
So, if you want the best survival for three different people, you might want to work on straightening this out.
You and the woman, of course, know what is going on (if it is) -- it is only your husband who is in the dark?
My role as a "morals counselor" would NEVER be to tell you what to do, but to point out what I think the morality of the situation is.  I would also want to help you understand this viewpoint -- but never try to tell you that you MUST adopt it.
You now have that viewpoint -- you probably even agree with it.
The next thing, then, would be to balance the sexual pleasure you get from the woman with whatever stability and probably even financial support you get from the husband.
The "moral" thing to do would be to decide what is best for all concerned, and work toward that.  This should not be a slow procedure.
Probably the first step on your part would be to analyze your situation in terms of a choice between two different partners -- you could go either way and be within the moral code which I espouse.
One direction, presumably, would be to just decide to quit the lesbian relationship, tell your husband, seek his forgiveness for being unfaithful, and work to improve your marriage -- including letting him understand that he needs to be a better lover.  (Even if you have not had the lesbian relationship during marriage, I think the moral thing to do is still tell him about your interests, and then also tell him, if true, that you have decided to forego anything like that.  He may need some real convincing on that??)
The other direction would be to tell your husband, let him say whatever he wishes, be prepared for him to leave you, and if not, tell  him you prefer the woman, and want a divorce.
Either of these would be choices that allow you to get back to a moral relationship.
You do have promises made to the man -- that is a separate moral issue -- breaking your promise, but it is junior in importance to the main decision you have to make.
If you decide to keep living with the two relationships my prediction is that the marriage to the man will suffer first and the most because he is the one most in the dark.  The other woman is "guilty" of contributing to an immoral relationship by accepting you as a lover when she knows you are married.  Sickness and disease are more likely when your life is in violation of this moral code.
Finally, I have treated this as if you were having the relationship with the woman, now.  If that is not true, then all you have are "immoral urges."  The urge is not immoral until you act on it.  But, the urge, itself, builds a wall of secrecy between you and your husband, and that, alone, will destroy your marriage.  If the urge is there, but not the act, then the moral thing to do would be to tell your husband.  If I were a moral counselor to both of you, I could help the two of you have a discussion about that, but I am limiting my morals counseling to only eMails, not personal visits.
I might find someone who would do this type of counseling with you two, personally.
So, what is your opinion on all this??

questions....

I have many considerations...what do I do about them? Pray!! For one person
or our entire world..I Pray

Do I see hope? Well there is hope, but people have to be willing to want to
change..and everyone must work together

Yes there are moral people in my life...not perfect people, but many Godly
people that try to live life right. They are people who I try to learn from
and model myself after.

Any real scum? ha ha well I have known many people that are morally
challenged...but none that are beyond help

Can I do something about it? Ultimately its not up to me, but I (everyone)
can be a part of the solution not part of the problem. Pray for those that
need changed..love them where they are, be a good exampe, dont condem
them..teach them a new way.

I wonder if you can please find it in your heart in helping me a little. I got your name from the internet when I was doing some reach on Dilantin/Phenytoin/PHT, after reading Mr. Jack Dreyfus (founder of the Dreyfus funds). Mr. Dreyfus feels that this medication has saved his life.

Mr. Karl,I am awakened in the middle of the night with an overwhelming feeling of anxiety, tension, nerviousness, irritability, that will last for hours. And has left me a complete physical and mental wreak for the past 35 years
(I am now 52 years old) I have seen many doctors and no one has helped me. I have recently taken Paxil that did'nt do anything. Went to a sleep clinic, nothing showed up. And have seen many conventional and holistic doctors and no one has been able to help me.

I would prefer not taking drugs that may be harmful. But I'm despriate. I haven't been working for 8 years, I'm not married, have no friends, I don't go out because I'm always tried and depressed and sometimes think of doing away with my life. It took me 2 hours and all the energy concentration I could muster to write this note to you. Please I realize how busy you must be. Your most valued opinion on PHT and suggestions would be an aswered prayer.
