According to a joint statement by Israeli and Palestinian researchers, a survey at the end of 2002 found a “very significant shift” towards peace.

This is what we have done to contribute to this "very significant shift".

ISRAELI DISTRIBUTION: We first started distributing free booklets offeredhere on a large scale in December 2000. At the beginning of the distribution, a minority of Israelis, only 38%, supported a key step necessary for peace. After two years and almost one million booklets, a majority now favors this step, 62%!

PALESTINIAN DISTRIBUTION: We first started distributing booklets in Palestine on a large scale in the spring of 2002. At that time, only about 50% of Palestinians favored the important step of a ceasefire. After several months of distribution, the large majority of Palestinians now favor a ceasefire, 76%!
